Following Speakers have confirmed :
1. Udupi District Superintendent of Police MR. ANNAMALI KUPPUSAMY (IPS AND IIM-LUCKNOW GRADUATE) will inaugurate the KAIROS Club/Event
and deliver the inaugural Lecture.
2. MR. ABHAY GUPTE, CEO, MANIPAL TECHNOLOGIES (MTL)-(TOPIC: LEADERS Vs. MANAGERS): Before
joining MTL he was
the managing director and partner at Logica and headed the business
operations in India, Philippines, Morocco and CEE countries. Prior to
Logica, he was the managing director of EDS India for 10 years during
which time he was involved in the acquisition of
MphasiS in India. In the banking and financial service industry, he has
spent 12 years, wherein he grew to become the director of IT with
American Express Bank and then with GE Capital Services as CIO & VP –
IT.
3. MR. SATISH ACHARYA- FAMOUS INDIAN CARTOONIST (TOPIC: LEADERSHIP
-A CARTOONIST’S PERSPECTIVE) –He
recently featured as one among 24 thinkers named by Forbes India as
best India-based intellectuals who are well regarded outside India. His
cartoon on
Charlie Hebdo Massacre was regarded as the one of the most powerful
cartoons on the tragedy by the foreign media. This cartoon has been
published in most of the prominent newspapers of the World including The
Wall Street Journal, The Times, The Guardian and
many more newspapers in France & Germany.

DR. B. SURENDRA RAO(Topic: Leadership from the pages of the History): is
a retired professor of history of Mangalore University. He is well
known author. He has also worked for Rashtrakavi Govind Pai Samshodhana
Kendra, based at MGM College, Udupi.
