ABAI FEST

ABAI is a non-profit organization committed to developing the animation, vfx and gaming industry in India. ABAI with support from Government of Karnataka is organizing its annual event ABAI Fest & Summit 2016, to give an impetus to the ecosystem and to enrich, energize and inspire the professionals and student community in India. Bangalore has become the hub for animation, vfx and games in India. Leading studios like DreamWorks Animation, MPC, Technicolor, Rockstar Games, Zynga Games, Xentrix Studios, Dhruva Interactive, Moon Frog Labs etc. operate here. We are working toward putting together a good line-up of speakers & screenings that we will be announcing shortly.

This year for the very 1st we are organizing a live artistic as well as a technical challenge as a part of the event. The technical challenge is essentially a 24 hour coding challenge and a great way for engineering / computer science students/graduates to get a foot into the Animation, VFX and Gaming Industry.
